As we all know that work-life balance is very important since it keeps you fit both mentally and physically and also increases your productivity level to a great extent.
So, here at OpenSense Labs (OSL), we ensure that our employees exercise a good work-life balance.
But how do we do that? It’s very simple! By maintaining a good work culture. For example, helping in reducing the stress of the employees by engaging them in some fun activities, never leaving a chance to celebrate different occasions, praising them for their excellent efforts and contributions at work, and lots more.

OSL celebrates its 6th anniversary
From 3 employees on Day 1 to 100+ currently, OSL successfully completed its 6th anniversary this June 2022. On that particular day, we celebrated all our struggles and obstacles which we fought back in order to reach where we are today. From working with a Fortune 500 enterprise to delivering over 75 projects in these years, OSL cherishes its journey so far with all the dedicated and passionate contributors.
Along with such a special celebration, OSL also managed to make its employees feel good on their big day. Yes! I am here talking about birthday celebrations. So, lots of love and good wishes were bestowed on the people at OSL.
Acknowledging employee contribution
One of the convenient ways to value employee contributions is by acknowledging and appreciating their honest efforts. We create such an ambiance where their success is celebrated, struggles are supported and work initiatives are encouraged.
Occasions such as work anniversaries are among the top priorities which are celebrated to energize the employees and make them feel an important asset to the organization. OSL also gives chance to beginners who are filled with dreams and aspirations.
OSL family was joined by a Sales Associate, a Content Writer, a Project Manager, and a Software Developer Intern who strive to make meaningful contributions.
Besides the above-discussed initiatives, OSL even published its monthly newsletter which gave a glimpse into the activities happening in the organization.
