It is seen that many of the organizations do not succeed in conducting their digital transformation as they fail to define necessary objectives and the right success measures.

Therefore, it's improper to say yes to anything without even realizing the company's ability to execute it in a real sense. 

Rather one needs to work with a foolproof plan that is practically possible to achieve in order to witness a successful digital transformation. 

Wrath: You aren’t ready to learn from your failure 

To successfully plan out the digital transformation, trust-building among the different teams of an organization is necessary.

So, at the time of failure, despite blaming each other, they can find the root cause and resolve it at the core.

Sloth: You disagree to adopt the latest trends, letting you stay behind 

Organizations should embrace change and smartly handle the disturbance that comes along the path of digital transformation.

It’s every organization’s responsibility to be aware of the technological developments of the current times and efficiently take the right decisions by adopting the latest trends and techniques.

But honestly, organizations fail to make such right approaches and suffer eventually during the transformation process.
