Required Experience: 4+ years in accounting and finance

Education: Graduate in Finance / Accounting preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Preparing and maintaining financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports in collaboration with CA/CS.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records, identify discrepancies, and resolve transaction mismatches.
  • Assist in statutory audits and internal financial reviews.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and advance tax payments as per statutory deadlines.
  • Ensure PF, ESIC, professional tax, and income tax compliance.
  • Manage ROC filings (Registrar of Companies) and statutory documentation.
  • Oversee vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor client invoicing, accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain aging reports and cash flow management for timely collections and disbursements.
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and payslip generation.
  • Ensure timely PF, ESIC, and TDS on salaries filings.
  • Maintain records of employee reimbursements, advances, and settlements.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial risk assessments.
  • Provide management with cash flow statements and financial projections.
  • Work with accounting software (Tally,  Zoho) and ERP systems
  • Utilize automation tools for tax filings, compliance tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an Accounting Associate or in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC filings, and other legal compliance is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho etc.) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
