We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Edredo.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the founder and other teams to develop and execute effective strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Edredo and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
