We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can drive end-to-end project delivery, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced AI-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery.
- Manage sprint planning, Jira workflows, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with Development, Design, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Lead client calls, demos, UATs, and strategy discussions.
- Build AI-driven workflows for reporting, ticketing, sprint planning, and documentation.
- Actively use Claude (or equivalent AI tools) for project management, automation, and productivity workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in Project/Delivery Management within a tech company.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Jira.
- Experience handling external clients independently.
- Good understanding of SDLC, APIs, web products, and technical workflows.
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Active usage of AI tools in day-to-day work.
Good to Have
- Experience with Drupal, Next.js, or Headless CMS.
- Exposure to SEO, SOC 2, or systems integration projects.
