This is a hands-on role that goes beyond basic coordination. From week one, you’ll be working on real projects, collaborating with developers and clients, and leveraging AI-powered workflows as part of day-to-day execution.
We're an AI-first team. We use Claude daily for ticket creation, documentation, knowledge bases, client communication. If you're already experimenting with AI tools and want to work somewhere that takes that seriously, you'll fit right in.
What we're looking for:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in PM, BA, QA, tech support, or any tech-adjacent role.
- Been part of delivering at least one technology project.
- Understands SDLC basics, what development phases look like, and what QA means.
- Familiar with Jira or any project management tool.
- Communicates clearly and precisely, in writing and in person.
- Curious about AI and open to building with it.
