Job Responsibilities

  • Understand the concept of running a lean recruitment function by designing, building, and implementing more productive ways of working.
  • Have the knowledge, style, and gravitas to work well with and influence leaders across the business to support the in-house recruitment function.
  • Understand the needs of the business and build a reputation as an employer who supports diversity and inclusion to attract and develop leadership talent.
  • Identify different recruitment channels online, and understand how to promote the employer brand to capture candidates’ interests and keep them engaged.
  • Identify required skills and provide the right resources by having in-depth knowledge of all the job roles.
  • Supporting managers as they lead and develop their teams to become accredited in-house resourcing practitioners.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening, calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Identify different supporting tools to make the hiring process efficient and implement them with the help of discussions with hiring managers
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events at potential colleges.

Who you are:

  • Any female individual who is passionate and looking forward to career advancement with vast exposure to other verticals of the HR domain
  • Any bachelor/ master's degree holder
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
  • Have strong research and industry mapping skills
  • Familiar with ongoing direct sourcing market trends and ability to remain competent with self up-gradation of techniques and skills
