Roles and Responsibilities

  • Educating customers about the product using through demos virtually
  • Using CRM to create customer profiles and manage their journey
  • Making regular contact with existing customers and ensuring product usage
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing innovative solutions
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and build product value through scheduled calls and support tickets
  • Using a ticketing system to answer customer questions and queries
  • Keeping accurate account notes for all the customers in the CRM
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Hands on knowledge of G-Suite (like Sheets, Docs)

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
  • More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
