Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Align with the organization’s goals and objectives for sales and revenue growth, in turn meet the aggressive weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
  2. Prospecting and compiling leads from the leads database and external research
  3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  4. Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams
  5. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
  6. Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results



Job Requirements

Required Skills

  1. Exceptional communication skills, i.e. both verbal & written. Along with good hold on PPT, Excel sheet, Word and presentation skills
  2. Excellent research skills: should be able to prospect and identify leads and businesses based on buyers persona and existing business capabilities for new collaborations
  3. Should be able to manage daily lead prospecting, email campaigns, speaking to new and existing clients for business opportunities
  4. Should be able to handle Linkedin Sales Navigator and CRM tools
  5. Ability to generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
  6. Having a positive attitude is a MUST
