Your Roles and Responsibilities

● Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

● To conduct tests on Edredo for candidates.

● Assisting mentors with the training management program.

● Maintain all records of assignments submitted by trainees.

● Conduct onboarding exit formalities and train new joiners on different platforms like Slack, Keka, and Plum.

● Addition and deletion of employees on PLUM and assisting employees through all the queries regarding their insurance cover, benefits, and claims.

● Organize and maintain personnel records and databases.

● Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, appointment letters, relieving letters, promotion letters, appraisal letters, and experience letters.

● Liaise with external partners like insurance vendors, payroll vendors, etc.

● Assist in making payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, entry, exit, work schedules, promotions, salary revisions, confirmations, etc)

● To manage expenses like recurring payments for households in the guest house. Guest house upkeep.

● Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms. ● Handle employee addition, details updation, Asset management, Policy updation, attendance management, and Leave management on Keka.

● Engage actively with employees to enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve company culture & experience.

● Manage all out-of-office communication for Bhopal center for eg: couriers. ● Assist office manager with all office upkeep.

● Quick learning & understanding of the value drivers of the organization and related behaviors. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Any HRMS tool experience

● Experience require 1 year to 3 years
